Plan for the next 3 years (2026–2029)

Our step of faith.

This plan is our step of faith for the next three years, aiming at maturity, organization and healthy growth in mission.

  1. 01

    A Culture of Discipleship

We want to cultivate a church deeply committed to forming every believer, raising mature Christians who know, live and share the gospel in everyday life. We long for discipleship to be part of the life of the whole community, reaching the next generations as well and producing visible fruit of transformation in Christ.

  2. 02

    A Culture of Consistency

We want to establish a church that is present, healthy and relevant in the city, the region and the digital space. That means strengthening our Small Groups, expanding our presence and communication, organizing our calendar better and cultivating a community where each person finds their place to take part, serve and stay.

  3. 03

    A Culture of Ministry Training

We want to establish an ongoing culture of training and preparing leaders to care for the flock and expand the mission. We will seek to strengthen the eldership, prepare new pastors and seminarians, develop pastoral leaders and establish a healthy diaconate, equipped to serve with maturity and faithfulness.

  4. 04

    A Culture of Commitment

We want to live out a faith expressed in responsibility, generosity and participation. We long to form a community committed to the life of the church with its gifts, resources, time and service, sustaining the mission with joy, transparency and trust. These four cultures point to the same purpose: a church mature in the gospel, consistent in its presence, prepared to serve and committed to God's mission.
